Return Policy

Seminars:
If you need to cancel a seminar registration, please contact us directly at (866) 552-3464 or seminars@educompany.net.

A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the seminar date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the seminar date will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee per attendee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on day of seminar or for
"no-shows".

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement or 14 days for check refunds.

Attendee substitutions can be made anytime. Please contact us to notify us of substitutions.

Books & equipment:
You may return new, unopened books and equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement or 14 days for check refunds.

Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent t he wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
